After entries have been completely or partially closed, during posting or afterward, you can see the entries that a given entry was applied to in the Applied Customer Entries window.

To view applied customer ledger entries from the window with open entries

  1. In the Search box, enter Customers, and then choose the related link.

  2. Open the customer card for the relevant customer.

  3. On the Navigate tab, in the History group, choose Ledger Entries.

  4. On the Actions tab, in the Functions group, choose Apply Entries.

  5. On the Navigate tab, in the Entry group, choose Applied Entries.
