Specifies the type of the configuration package line. The line can be one of the following types:

The Area and Group line types are displayed in bold. The Group line type is formatted to be indented when it follows the Area type. Specify an appropriate description of the area or group in the Name field

You can create areas of functionality and groups of table in the worksheet in order to put similar functionality together. For example, in setting up the chart of accounts for your configuration, you may decide to create a group of tables that handle posting. In the same manner, you may want to group together all of your setup tables, such as General Ledger Setup, and your master data tables, such as Customer and Vendor.

As you create your groupings, you should consider moving higher in the list those tables that will require attention and modification. For those tables that are to be implemented as is with the value data intact, consider moving these lower in the hierarchy.
