| The quantity you enter in this field is moderated by the item's base unit of measure, which could be any non-weight, such as piece or box. Therefore, it only makes sense to fill a quantity into the Gross Weight field if the item uses a base unit of measure that denotes a weight, such as kg. or gram. |
